We believe that the spiritual life of the student is a very important aspect of his/her education and therefore have incorporated some of the following into the everyday lives of our students:
Chapel - once a week all students attend a chapel session in which they sing worship songs, hear God's word and pray for others.
Missions - Beginning with 8th grade, students have an opportunity to serve on a mission team. Middle Schoolers have an opportunity to go to a reservation in Oklahoma, while High Schoolers may choose to apply for the France, Russia, Korea, and New York City teams.
Student Outreach - Middle School students are involved in community service projects on a monthly basis through ACTS (Advancing Christ Through Service) and High Schoolstidemts rake leaves throughout the community in the fall. There is also a community service graduation requirement for high school students.
All PCS students are challenged and encouraged to serve in a variety of ways at home, in their respective church bodies, in the community in which they live, and on a global scope.
