1. Complete The Online Application

Complete and submit the application online using the link here or click on the "Student Application Form" button on the Admissions page. All applications are submitted online including new family students and current family sibling applications.  For sibling applicants, select the "Add New Applicant" button after signing in. Select the "Sibling Application" under “Program. The one-time application fee is $105 for one student and $55 for each sibling.  Tuition assistance applications are available through the FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) form located under the “Family” then “Links” tabs on the website.   

2. Pastor Questionnaire

Drop off or email the Pastor Questionnaire to your church once you have completed the front page. Click here for the document.  Your church can fax or email this form in to the school. Both the email and fax numbers are on the form.

3. Submit Records

Submit a copy of your student's most recent report card and most recent standardized test scores (grades 1 - 9 only), a copy of your student's transcript (grades 10 -12 only), and a copy of your student's certified birth certificate and latest physical. It is expected that students have scored in the 40th percentile or above on their standardized tests. Please note that Peoria Christian School is not equipped to meet all special educational needs. NOTE: Students in Multiple Household families (shared custody) must complete and submit the Multiple Household form as well. Available here.

The Business Office is located at the California Avenue Campus and is open Monday - Friday during the school year from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Monday - Thursday during the summer from 8:00 a.m to noon.  Visitor parking is available in the north side visitor parking lot off of California Avenue.  

4. Placement Testing

Once your online application is received, you will be contacted by the Admissions office to schedule placement testing for incoming students, 1st grade through 9th grade.  

5. Interview

The Admissions office will contact you to schedule your admissions interview with the building principal. The preschool and elementary interviews are for parents only. Students and their parents attend the middle school and high school interviews.

6. Business Office

You will receive an email from the Business Office with your registration link after your acceptance. Registration is separate from the application and most be completed prior to enrollment. The registration email link will be sent to you from Janine Tolson in our Business Office. You will also receive a tuition contract from the Bookkeeper with your tuition information.
