Peoria Christian Elementary School includes students in Kindergarten up to 4th grade. Excellence in academics is top priority and all classes are taught with a biblical worldview.

Our Kindergarten students develop a strong number sense in math and grow leaps and bounds in reading. They conduct investigations in science and history and work on Six Traits Writing. We have our Five Senses Fair, 50’s Day, Q&U Wedding, 100 Day, Color Word Days, Mother’s Tea, Donuts with Dad and more! Students work on Bible lessons and scripture memory work to encourage foundations in biblical truth. Spanish, art, library, technology, music, chapel and P.E. round out the week.

Students in Grades 1-4 learn twenty biblical truths that are integrated through each subject, helping students learn that all truth is God’s truth. Differentiated grouping in math and reading is done in each grade level to offer review and enhancement according to students’ needs. Teachers use multiple hands-on, engaging lessons and include STEM activities across content areas. English, Spelling, Handwriting, Science, Health, and Social Studies/History/Geography are also taught. And we can’t forget field days and field trips! Weekly chapels provide worship and encouragement.
