YCS at PCS

  • Students enrolling in grades K-8 of new-to-PCS families get tuition at half price the first year.

  • New families/students must meet our current admission criteria. Please review these and then begin your online admission application. 

  • Seats are limited upon grade level availability. Your scholarship seat will be held upon our receipt of all application materials.

  • Scholarship covers 50% of the student’s full tuition for the first year! The family is responsible to pay half tuition, the $99 application fee, registration & building fees, and pay for uniforms and optional items.

  • This scholarship is in addition to the sibling discount, which is always applied first.

  • Applicants need not apply separately for this scholarship; your online admission application is the only application needed.

  • New families NEED NOT apply for tuition assistance (below in yellow) because the YCS provides a higher rate of assistance the family’s first year.

Sibling Tuition Discount

PCS will be applying the sibling discount of 20% for the second student’s tuition in the family attending PCS, 40% for the third sibling and 50% for the fourth and each sibling thereafter. Where applicable, tuition assistance will be awarded after this discount is applied to the family. The sibling discount applies for all grades including PreK.

Pastoral Grant

We are pleased to offer a 40 % tuition discount to children of full-time working pastors.

To qualify, a parent must be employed full-time (primary income) as a pastor, music leader/pastor, or youth leader/pastor at a church of the Christian faith and be located within the Tri-County area. The church should have a non-profit status and be in agreement with the school's statement of faith.

Tuition Assistance 

To apply for tuition assistance, you will need to complete the Tuition Assistance application (FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment). Families may apply for assistance prior to applying for admission. You will need last year’s taxes to complete the application and there is a $40 fee. (PreK is not eligible for aid; however, the sibling discount does apply for PreK students.) NEW K-8TH grade FIRST YEAR FAMILIES NEED NOT APPLY for this your first year; the Young Charger Scholarship will give you more funding.

Legacy Scholarship

This one-time, $1000 per student scholarship is available to new students who are children or grandchildren of Peoria Christian School alumni. Please indicate the PCS alum name and graduation year within the admissions application.
